Hello, beautiful soul!  My name is Vanessa, and my journey hasn’t been an easy one. I’ve struggled with alcoholism and drug addiction since I was 12, I had been to two rehabs by the time I was 15 as well as living on my own. Despite battling dependency issues and emotional turmoil, I managed to keep some stability in my life. But after years of repeating the cycle of addiction and rehab, I hit rock bottom. I was at a crossroads, and the thought that I might not make it through crossed my mind more than once, I hated who I was despite having the confidence of a teenage boy.

I had been seeing a psychiatrist since I was a child, diagnosed with everything under the sun, yet none of the medications worked, and no diagnosis seemed to fit. But that’s when I realized that if I didn’t make a change, I was going to lose myself entirely.

After finally getting sober, I left a toxic relationship and decided to take a bold step—to be single for a year. I had been jumping from one relationship to the next, always trying to escape within someone else. Mind you I would stay in relationships way past their expiration point but this time, I knew the only way to heal was to do it alone. It was time to learn boundaries  and rediscover who I was outside of others.

As I walked through what felt like the darkest period of my life—the dark night of the soul—I had two spiritual awakenings that changed everything. Tarot became my lifeline. It was my companion in the darkest hours. Through the cards, I started seeing the universal wisdom they held. The messages were direct and eye-opening, shining light on the parts of myself I had to face.

Then came an autism diagnosis and the process of unmasking all the hidden parts of me I had neglected for so long. It was a whirlwind of emotions and loneliness, but through it all, tarot helped me navigate the storm and find clarity.

Now, my approach to tarot isn’t like everyone else’s. I don’t believe in yes-or-no questions, and I don’t sugarcoat things. My readings are direct because I believe the cards reveal exactly what you need to see, and they offer the insights your spirit guides or the universe want you to unpack. In addition to tarot, I offer vitality coaching—a passion that is helping me build a life of purpose. My goal is to one day focus entirely on coaching while using tarot to support my clients’ journeys. Alongside all of this, I’m a fiber artist, living a life of constant creation.
